I built SuperDocs solo in about six months: backend, frontend, the agent system, billing, infra, docs. It's live and reliable, used in 40 countries and 19 languages, all word of mouth. SuperDocs was invited to Y Combinator Startup School in 2026, and we've received non-dilutive credits and grants from organizations like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI. Ship daily: agent behavior, editor, API, the marketing site and its design. The works.
Run build-measure-learn end to end: talk to users, measure how they actually use the product, build what the measurement demands.
